International Supervisor

Summary of Responsibilities:

?

The Human Resources Service Center Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of HR services related to International, by managing a team responsible for their support and transactions. This includes over-seeing all HR inquiries related to International. The Supervisor reports to a director and has a strong day-to-day relationship with HR Operations, IT, In Country HR and the Regional HR Generalists.

Principal Responsibilities:

?

Assist in defining strategic direction & implementationfor globalized HR processing.

Oversee day-to-day activities of HRSC International team including UK new hire process, completion of peer auditing, analysis to process transactions & data entry to effectivey manage work distribution.

Manage weekly confirmation report distribution to In-Country HR & monthly production package.

Monitor transactions to ensure process & tools are effective & improve when they are not.

Manage staffing levels to correspond with changes in workload resulting from procedural & org changes & transition of additional servicing for countries.

Perform quality reviews of International Team day-to-day work.

Prepare & conduct performance evaluation through use of PMP.

Work closely with HR Operations to determine & address on-going training needs of team.

Help identify & assist with determining root cause/patterns of issues.

Manage additional projects related to international work.
