International recruiter/Short-term Contract work from home/day or evening/Chinese or Spanish /plus

The Lappin Company is an international recruitment firm, founded in 1988. Our clients are Fortune 100 companies with interesting international searches. We are seeking candidates available for short-term contract work varying from 2-4 weeks. There is a possibility that this work may extend for a longer period. The candidate will work from home and all phone expenses will be reimbursed. Some searches require work during standard business hours and some searches require evening work due to time zone differences. 

This is an excellent opportunity to gain more experience in the dynamic field of international recruitment.

 

This hourly contract work has exceptional flexibility. Some work can be done during the day and some work can be done during the evening. For some assignments, you will participate in international conference calls. We require that candidates are able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, but work is also available for up to 30 hours per week. Candidates may live in the eastern or central time zone.

 

Candidate requirements:

Fluency in Chinese or Spanish is a plus. Recruitment experience is a plus but not required with bilingual candidates.

Candidates who are not bilingual must have recruitment experience. International recruitment experience is a plus but not required.

Training:

Candidates will be trained throughout the recruitment process and gain sophisticated skills in international recruitment.
