Investment Representative Recruiting Specialist

Responsibilities include helping regional and growth leaders obtain their growth goals by developing proactive recruiting programs. If you have two-plus years of recruiting, sales or teaching experience, a bachelor's degree, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, this may be the career challenge you've been seeking!

Responsibilities:
-Educate, enable and equip Growth Leaders with ideas, resources and leads to reach their regionl growth objectives.
-Establish working partnership with primary Growth Leaders through daily support. Meet face-to-face with primary Growth Leaders in responsible area one time per year
-Generate quality IR leads by making two branch contacts per year within Area of responsibility
-In conjunction with Growth Leaders, build and execute regional recruiting business plans including inclusion and licensed recruiting
-Measure business plan results and provide Growth Leaders and IRD ongoing information regarding region growth objectives

-Good presentation skills
-Computer/Internet proficient (Microsoft Office and Jones proprietary software: Listapp, MAPS, Communication System, JonesNet, and IR Performance Charts)
-Ability to motivate others
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Leadership ability
-Ability to determine coaching needs based on individual performance
-Basic knowledge of financial services industry
-In-depth knowledge of the IR position, hiring process and recruiting model
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Ability to deliver excellent customer service
-Travel up to 25%
-A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
-Two-plus years of recruiting, sales or teaching experience is preferred
