Because of heavy growth, Sapphire's Jacksonville office is searching for a new addition to our team of recruiters. We are looking for someone with strong skills in relationship building to be 100% candidate-focused for both contract and permanent placements. You will be searching for, screening, interviewing, testing, and negotiating with candidates. Recruiters work hand in hand with our Account Managers to ensure that our clients are getting the perfect candidates for their job openings. This could be the perfect position for a recent graduate or an experienced worker- if you have a strong work ethic, stable career history, and a desire to build a lifelong career in sales or recruiting, this could be the perfect job for you!

 

Required Skills: 1-2 years work experience (part time work during college is acceptable). A solid work ethic, desire to succeed, good oral and written communication skills, desire for a career in sales, fearless attitude, and strong relationship building skills are required. Must be self-motivated with the inner drive to get the job done. Technical skills are NOT required.

 

Desired Skills: A bachelors degree from an accredited university is highly desired. Any sales or recruiting experience is a big plus.
