Jr. HRIS Analyst

Job Description: The Jr. HRIS Analyst will be responsible for support of Corporate and Line HR Reporting needs, ensuring that all vendor interfaces are transmitted in a timely and accurate manner, troubleshoot 3rd party interfaces inconjunction with the benefits group, and will work closely with the HRIS Analyst and HRIS Administrator to support all aspects of the HRIS Function at SIRVA.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 25 % Ad Hoc Report creation to support functional and line HR

2. 5 % Generation of standard HRIS reports

3. 25 % Creation/Auditing/Transmission of all HRIS weekly interfaces

4. 15 % Data Entry Support

5. 5 % Maintenance of SIRVA American Express Card Information (System and hardcopy records)

6. 5 % Liaison responsibilities for HRIS Helpline

7. 10 % Maintenance/organization of HRIS File room

8. 10 % Special projects/assist HRIS Lead as needed

Job Requirements:

College Degree Preferred
1-3 years Human Resource Information Systems experience (Ceridian a plus)
Strong attention to detail
Report Writing Experience (SQL Knowledge a plus)
Ability to multi-task effectively Ability to work independently
