I have three job openings in Southeast Pennsylvania: Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager and Corporate Human Resources Manager They are with larger manufacturing companies. These position require a four year degree and at least three years experience working in a manufacturing company. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Human Resources Manager up to $90?s
Reporting to the Director of HR, you will manage HR in departments including Information Technology, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Will assist in labor/employee relations, benefits/compensation, recruitment, training, and organizational development, and other typical HR functions.
Bachelors degree is required, MBA is preferred. The selected candidate will have 5-10 years of generalist experience, which must include two or three years of recent management experience in human resources, Experience in manufacturing organization is preferred.
Human Resources Manager up to $80?s
You will manage all aspects of recruitment, training, benefits, compensation, safety, and labor relations in a union environment. You will be in charge of day to day Human Resources functions in a manufacturing plant. This is a generalist position, in which you will supervise four people.
The client is looking for a creative, strategy-minded individual who will plan and administer company policies and programs. Will work on new ways to partner with plant leadership, both union and management.
BA/BS degree is required. Must have at least three to five years experience in a manufacturing environment. Should have good supervisory skills, and be interested in managing by walking around. Some experience working in a union environment would be a great plus.
Human Resources Generalist up to $70K
This position is for a generalist who will work with recruiting, benefits, employee relations, compensation, and labor relations. Should have experience working with manufacturing workers, R&D engineers and scientists, corporate professionals, as well as administrative staff. Must have prior experience working in a manufacturing environment, and past union/labor experience is preferred.
To qualify, you must have a four year degree plus three to five years experience working in a unionized manufacturing facility. Must be computer literate.
