Labor Relations Specialist
As an integral part of the
Labor Relations Team, the Labor Relations Specialist operates as a consultant for ARAMARK FSS. The job holder will report to the Senior Director of
Labor Relations providing support for the Regional
Labor Relations Directors and Managers as follows:
Research and provide written analysis on relevant labor and employment law topics.
Maintain Labor Relations Intranet Site.
Support
Labor Relations Directors by assisting with information requests, case research, etc., participation in negotiations sessions, grievance meetings, and arbitration hearings.
Be a resource for providing basic information to components and other FSS departments as requested.
Direct inquiries, both internal and external, to the appropriate Labor Relations Director.
Represent
Labor Relations Department on internal teams as required.
Help design and deliver training to FSS employees as directed.
Build and maintain Arbitration and Unfair Labor Practice library.
Assist with the development of and preparation of
Labor Relations presentations and materials.
Assist with project work and other duties within the Labor Relations team, as assigned.
Relevant post-secondary education, strong computer skills, effective interpersonal skills, detail oriented, able to work with limited supervision and direction.
