Employer Services Corporation (ESC) - is looking for a Lead Recruiter in Manassas, VA.

? Work closely with department managers to determine their specific needs to provide qualified candidates.

? Provide guidance to hiring managers in the recruitment, interviewing skills and selection process.

? Develop and implement strategic staffing plans.

? Utilize a variety of conventional and unconventional sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.

? Conduct phone screens and face-to-face interviews with candidates to determine level of capability for client work orders.

? Provide HR metrics to Senior Management that add value and support the corporation's business objectives.

? Promote the effective use of recruitment technology
