TDK TECHNOLOGIES, LLC (www.tdktech.com), a fast-growing Information Technology consulting firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, is currently searching for a Lead Technical Recruiter.

 

This individual will work with TDK management, Business Development personnel and other Recruiting team members to identify and place highly-qualified IT professionals, predominantly in the Web Technologies and Management Services arenas. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:Utilize personal network, cold calls, referrals, Internet and other resources to recruit and hire top talent for TDK?s clients.Work with TDK Management to define best practices and processes to source, attract, screen, recruit and select quality candidates. Enhance staff accomplishments and competence by teaching improved processes and mentoring team members.

 

 

Required Skills:7+ years of Information Technology recruiting experience, preferably in an agency environment.Thorough knowledge of the entire recruiting lifecycle.Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates.Detail-oriented with outstanding communication, organization, evaluation and negotiation skills.Strong mentoring capabilities.Ability to translate client?s technical requirements into candidate profiles.Strong computer skills.
