Leadership and Management Development Manager

We are currently seeking a Leadership and Management Development Manager The primary contributions expected from this position include, but are not limited to the following:

? Design, develop, implement and monitor the overall leadership development strategy to accelerate company growth and performance
? Work with vendors/universities/associations to design and deliver leadership development programs
? Day to day management of the leadership development program
? Partner with HR to determine development needs of departments and the organization
? Support leaders with clear PDPs
? Assist in the identification and assessment of high-potential employees, designing and recommending learning experiences, while monitoring their development plans
? Provide updates, guidance and advice to management on leadership development topics
? Benchmark and network with other companies and vendors to identify best practices

Requirements:

The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

? Bachelor's degree in related discipline desired, Master's degree preferred.
? 7+ years of experience
? Experience designing and delivering training and development programs
? Excellent, presentation, facilitation and written communication skills
? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate effectively with employees at all levels
? Proven ability to partner with key executives
