Learning and Development Coordinator

A client located in Downtown, NYC has an immediate position available for a Learning and Development Coordinator.

International financial firm is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator. This individual will serve as the central point of contact for the Learning team on all matters related to training program implementation and administration. This will require both a strong ability to partner and the ability to work independently.

This description applied to all training initiatives continuing education, conferences, projects and new hire orientation.

Coordinate all aspects of Learning including

-Booking external consultants or working with internal instructors

- book venue, arrange all AV need and room set-up; catering make copies

-create training sessions in the online university

-Reproduce all training materials for sessions

-Order all AV equipment for all training

-Create assessment test and evaluation

-Track attendance and produce reports to measure impact of training

-Provide first level support to students with questions on registration, using the website and launching online programs or tests

-Maintain inventory of department courseware

-Assist in the production of quarterly and annual reports recapping all L&D activities

-Create PowerPoint presentations when
necessary

-Complete special projects and analysis

-Perform general admin duties, which include emails, list management, billing, ordering supplies, photocopying, tracking and processing invoices

Technical Skills Required:

Ms Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, basic knowledge of Access
