At present, we have an excellent opportunity for an Organizational Development Manager in our Melville, New York location.


As an Organizational Development Manager, you will identify, design and implement various management development programs. You will need to possess the following qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to partner with senior management and external vendors on business and culture change-related issues.
Ability to grasp new ideas and change direction quickly in a fast paced environment.
Minimum of 5 years design, development and implementation experience in Organizational Development, Management Development, and Sales Leadership.
Must have experience leading change initiatives, coaching and developing front line leaders.
 PC literate with advanced PowerPoint skills.
 Outstanding platform and facilitation skills: specific experience running brainstorm sessions with senior managers, focus groups and feedback sessions.
Travel requirements: 30% (Project specific peaks possible) in North America.

Required Qualifications
Strategic thinker who is also detail oriented.
Internal consulting experience of a business group run by a Vice President or RVP.
Knowledge of general Human Resources practices including succession planning, 360 Degree Feedback, and talent management.

Preferred Qualifications
Project Management experience as Project Leader of senior level design teams.
Internal consulting experience of a business group run by a Vice President or RVP.
