NCO Financial Systems, Inc. is now recruiting for a Leaves Administrator for our Corporate Human Resources Department located in Getzville, NY.
Principle Responsibilities:
-Day to day contact with employees and managers, communicating and interpreting benefits and benefit claim issues.
-Act as a liaison with insurance companies to resolve claim issues.
-Create and maintains files for disability and workers? compensation claims.
-Facilitate and maintain Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests and records.
-Process short/long term disability claims.
-General administrative and filing duties.
-Participate in projects performed by the Corporate Employee Relations Department.
-Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
-Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
-Associate?s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent experience.
-Ability to use independent judgment and has a thorough understanding of state and federal employment regulations and state insurance laws.
-Strong PC skills in a windows environment to include Microsoft office.
-Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
-Ability to work in multi-tasked environment.
-Ability to prioritize and organize work.
-Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
-Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality.
-Ability to travel.
