Responsibilities Include:Assist in all aspect of the Language Resource Planning from recruitment to on-going projects including: Placing ads Screening and testing applicants Researching agencies and search engines Liaison between Production department and HR to determine location needs Manage and improve linguist database
Qualifications Include:4 year college degree or its equivalent. Major in HR or similar field highly preferred Recruiting/Agency exprience a Huge PlusThe position requires an adaptable, flexible person with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills required, including experience with spreadsheets and word processing, and the confidence and desire to learn new software applications Ability to work independently and exceptional motivation Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Most importantly you must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success
