MANAGER OF MEDICAL STAFF RECRUITING AND MARKETING

Erickson Communities, a rapidly growing multi-site leader in developing and managing senior campus-style communities, is seeking a Manager of Medical Staff Recruiting and Marketing for our corporate office located in Baltimore, Maryland.

 

The incumbent is primarily responsible for medical staff recruitment, marketing, and providing support to those responsible for provider credentialing and reappointment.  Manager will use multiple software applications, e.g., Credentialing Program, Recruitment and Tracking Log. The incumbent must be able to demonstrate a high degree of individual initiative, discretion, and independent action.

 

Qualified candidates must have outstanding research and analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communications skills; a Bachelor?s degree is preferred; 3-5 years management and/or staff experience required.
