Management Specialist-Organizational Development
Management Specialist-OD
The Philadelphia Housing Authority, America's fourth largest public housing authority and leader in real estate development and property management, seeks a Management Specialist-Organizational Development. The incumbent will perform research, statistical, and analytical work to support the strategic goals of PHA. And provides support to Organizational Development and Quality Assurance for evaluation of analytical measures. Responsibilities include tracking and maintaining matrix for strategic goals and coordinating and participating in special projects; prepare clear and concise reports; and forecast trends in management indicators. The incumbent will be responsible for understanding the operations of PHA and apply measures and philosophies to daily work activities.
Experience with organizational development is required. Soft skills training experience is preferred. Requirements include Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college or university, which includes or is supplemented by at least twenty one (21) credit hours in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
The Philadelphia Housing Authority offers excellent compensation and benefits programs, including no-fee healthcare. Philadelphia residency will be required.
