Manager, Employee Communications
The employee communications manager will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive communication strategy for the Infrastructure Products Group and Service Provider Business Team. This individual will be responsible for all communication initiatives within the product group and business team to positively influence employee engagement.
Create and launch a communication strategy that engages employees in IPG?s/SPBT?s vision/strategy and creates a linkage for employees to understand how they contribute to the Company?s success.Help department leaders regularly deliver clear and compelling messages, which provide context and ?meaning? for employees.Leverage the latest communication technologies and tools to tailor messages to reach multiple audiences that represent different cultures using a variety of electronic, print, and face-to-face approaches.Build mechanism for two-way communication.Create metrics and tools to measure progress.
Candidate should possess ability to make recommendations and provide constructive feedback to executives based on communication expertise. Position requires ability to work cross functionally with other groups such as Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Investor Relations, Analyst Relations, Public Relations, Human Resources, Sales, and Business Operations
This position reports to the Director of Employee Communication.

RequirementsBS/BA degree in communications or related field plus 7-10 years relevant communication experience.Demonstrated track record designing and measuring employee communication programs that support key business initiatives. Familiarity with best practices in employee communications.Previous experience working directly with vice presidents in a communication capacity.Desirable backgrounds include employee communications, public relations, journalism and marketing.
