Candidate Must Possess the Following Skills:
In depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions and develop solutions to problems.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple demands and adapt with appropriate flexibility.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Seven to ten years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience to include at least three to four years of employee relations experience.

Other Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Employee/Management Training
Experience with Affirmative Action Plans
