Manager, Executive Compensation

* Responsible for a variety of projects, programs and analysis focused on global executive compensation and equity?
* Projects will focus on analysis of industry information, SEC guidelines, and market data and will include ad hoc analysis as well as analysis focused on pay design, acquisition integration, international pay programs, and perquisite programs
* Prepare analysis and materials for Proxy and Compensation Committee meetings of the Board of Directors?
* Interact regularly with senior executive clients as well as HR business partners to provide support relative to executive compensation programs

Required Skills:
? Bachelor?s Degree
? 5-7 years experience in Executive Compensation, compensation, and/or equity
? Strong analytical skills including experience building compensation models and conducting pay analysis using pivot tables, macros and other extensive excel skills
? Able to manage projects and initiatives within tight time frames with rapid turnaround
? Knowledge and experience with proxies, stock incentive plans, Board of Director presentations and similar
? Significant ability to understand and interpret financial and proxy statements
? Experience interacting with senior executives
? Knowledge of compliance issues such as Sarbanes-Oxley, American Jobs Creation Act (AJCA), and other corporate governance issues preferred
