We are looking for an outgoing, high-energy, motivated, and detail-oriented Manager of Global Brand Training and Development.? This individual, as part of our new global brand-training and development team, will assist in the research, design and development of new brand training, including but not limited to orientation/on-boarding, branded customer service training for associates, and supervisory/manager branded awareness/leadership training.?

Key Responsibilities
oAssist in the assessment of design and training needs
oBenchmark and research world-class training organizations and methodology
oExecute on the day-to-day project management and the co-development of specific branded customer-service training programs for audiences including Executive Committee Members through all associates
oManage vendor relationships and project deliverables for creative design, print, fulfillment, translations, etc.
oUtilize various adult learning methods, tools and technology including classroom training, OJT, e-learning, and other innovative concepts to inspire and motivate associates and managers
oAssist in development and management of budget, deliverables, and meetings
oAssist in coordination and planning of global rollout of training programs
oMonitor specific course feedback (including pilots) and ensure high standards of course delivery and instruction for regional trainers.?
oTrack and analyze metrics and measures to determine program effectiveness
oMaintain awareness of new developments and resources in the training and development community
oInstructional design expertise in instructor-led, e-learning, and blended environments?
oExcellent oral and written communication skills
oAttention to detail and follow through
oTrack record of success in the design and delivery of diverse range of training programs across different levels of the organization
oExcellent project management skills across both development and implementation projects?
oStrong self-management skills, including the ability to manage time and workload against priorities and objectives
oWork effectively in a team environment with a focus on meeting needs of numerous internal clients
oCustomer focus and relationship management skills
oOrganizationally nimble -- able to work across management levels, functions, and geographies
oAdvanced Microsoft Office Skills
oKnowledge on-line learning products/methodologies a strong plus
oWillingness to travel? approximately 20% of the time

Qualificaiton Standards
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; advanced degree beneficial
??
Experience:
Experience in the development and facilitation of customer service training.? Brand-experience a strong plus.? Service/retail industry experience highly recommended.
