NVIDIA has an opportunity available for a strong human resources professional who can work to create and drive the HR program management and administration function of NVIDIA's Global Human Resources team. This role is particularly suited for someone with an obsession for driving process optimization, the vision to leverage technology to drive automation, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, the maturity to handle sensitive information and to make sound decisions, and a strong orientation to managing details, building a team and providing results. Responsibilities:Establish HR project management standards and guidelines. Partner with HR subject-matter experts (compensation, benefits, etc) and HR Consultants to facilitate annual HR program developments and deployments. Facilitate an annual eHR strategy process and ongoing governance process with internal IT partners; maintain the eHR program roadmap. Leverage technology to maintain the HR knowledge repository and on-line delivery of HR policies, procedures, processes and forms to the global HR community. Research best practice HR metrics and analytics, and lead the deployment within NVIDIA. Manage and administer the following functions, including the management and oversight of vendor relationships that provide outsourced services such as background checks. US Compliance (EEOC) Global RecordsMinimum Requirements:7-10 years experience within a functional human resources role (compensation, benefits, HRIT, etc). Experience establishing or transforming a service function. Working knowledge of HR functions and business processes required. Demonstrated organizational and project management skills. Ability to negotiate and manage contracts. Ability to partner with all levels of employees and management. Proven ability to drive global process change Direct team leadership experience. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Proficient with SAP, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Solutions oriented, with an emphasis on creativity and diligence. Bachelor?s degree preferred or equivalent experienceEOE
