Manager, Organization Effectiveness
Description:
The individual may have responsibility for one or more of the following initiatives:
Talent Management
Establish and manage a global process for ensuring the quality of employee development plans throughout GSS.
Establish and manage a GSS 360 feedback process within the framework of the RA guidelines, including developing and managing the data gathering and feedback process, and a system for providing executive coaching on a global basis.
Work closely with GSS Business and HR Managers and RA Staffing Center to manage a global position slating process to effectively develop talent within GSS.
Establish and manage an effective employee mentoring program.
Evaluate feedback relative to voluntary terminations from professionals, managers, directors, and above. Provide specific attention to the retention of key talent. Design systems and programs as appropriate to retain key talent
Work closely with the Manager - HR Strategy and Planning, to develop and implement a strategy to maintain and improve PADR and to facilitate its successful integration with SAP and other human capital processes and to ensure business process alignment and support is incorporated.
Work closely with the Manager - HR Strategy and Planning, to develop early career and high potential employees, including the establishment and management of key development roles, targeted training opportunities and development opportunities.
Organization Effectiveness
Work closely with the Manager - HR Strategy and Planning, HR Generalists and VPs to design and implement the GSS Leadership Review process and tools.
Global Process Transformation (GPT)
Work closely with GSS Leadership Team and the GPT team, as required, to develop and implement HR systems and processes to achieve the GPT goals.
Monitor change effectiveness during and post implementation of the new ERP system. Identify issues and barriers and develop appropriate interventions, as needed.
Partner with ERP project teams and business/site locations in developing and implementing change plans to ensure successful adoption and institutionalization of the new ERP system at each business site.
Cascade and embed change management knowledge, tools and techniques within the business to sustain system, process and behavioral changes.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors or Master's Degree in Business or Human Resources
Ten plus (10+) years progressive experience in organization effectiveness. This experience may be concurrent with the following:
Two plus (2+) years experience working in a global HR capacity with a Fortune 500 organization
Two plus (2+) years experience applying change management models in multiple cultures
Two plus (2+) years experience consulting with or coaching individuals at each of the following levels in an organization: Executive, Manager/Director, Individual Performer.
Experience managing large project or programs with a strong process management component
Process Improvement
Experience working on large, global projects with minimal direction
Able to travel up 30%
