Manager, Recruiting

Responsibilities:

?Develop recruiting services and initiatives to effectively market KPMG and attract quality candidates in a timely, cost-effective manner
?Foster a working relationship with hiring managers in determining open position requirements and sharing industry specific data
?Accountable for meeting established hiring targets and maintaining a time sensitive focus
?Utilize current knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute a variety of recruiting plans
?Develop and utilize knowledge of the marketplace
?Participate in recruitment, interview, and selection of candidates for positions
?Monitor compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)/Diversity policies including applicant flow logs
?Serve as a communication liaison for individuals involved in the hiring process
?Utilize a recruiting database for the sourcing and tracking of candidates

Qualifications:

?Eight years of agency/corporate exempt recruiting experience or equivalent
?Prior advisory, tax, professional services, or contingency search recruiting experience
?Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet research
?Strong communication, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
?Able to demonstrate a background in utilizing timely, cost-effective recruiting strategies
