Manager Recruitment/Placement/Practice

CITY: Lynn STATE: Massachusetts COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Provide leadership for recruiting, staffing and employment practices.
* Provide oversight for the administration of the contingent worker program.
* Manage outplacement processes for displaced employees.
* Manage multiple supplier relationships in meeting customer requirements.
* Review, develop, implement recruiting strategies to source qualified candidates for open positions.
* Provide leadership for the operation of the Staffing Center.
* Provide advice and counsel to HR and operating personnel regarding employment practices.
* Continually monitor employment practices and make appropriate adjustments.
* Represent Human Resources on the Compliance Council.
* Provide leadership for Human Resources Integrity Plan and serve on Compliance Council, when applicable.
* Responsible for staffing management and all related costs.
* Leadership for Affirmative Action compliance and reporting
* Responsible for Early Identification programs, including the identification of key schools, recruiters, placements and policies.
* Responsible for HR coordination with payroll.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Master's degree preferred (MHR, MILR, MBA); B.S./B.A. degree required.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Substantial Human Resource experience and familiarity with employment practices.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
