Manager, Retirement Plans - lead major global change from defined benefit to defined contribution

Supervising two Benefits Specialists, you'll lead the strategy, design, and administration of Deltas retirement, life insurance, and optional insurance programs for employees around the world.

To be a good fit for this position you'll have at least seven years of related experience, including demonstrated success leading major changes in large retirement plans.
