Manager, Total Reward Solutions - Compensation & Benefits Projects

Job Description:

The Manager of Compensation and Benefits solutions will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and administration of the company?s compensation and benefits programs for Mitchell International.

 

For the compensation area, this individual will be responsible for designing and maintaining the company?s pay structure, managing the performance review system, establishing compensation-related policies and procedures; and developing state-of-the-art variable compensation plans. This individual will ensure that the company?s benefit programs and compensation plans & programs and policies are competitive, cost effective, aligned with and supportive of the company?s overall business strategy. 

 

The individual will also create wage analysis and adjustment process through collaborative consultation to business on job evaluation, market trends analysis, internal compensation data, grading, employee pay recommendations, and financial analysis. In the benefits arena this individual will establish and maintain relationships with benefit providers, reconcile benefit accounts and develop new benefit programs as appropriate for employees throughout the United States and Canada.  The Manager of Compensation and Benefits will also create program implementation and communication for PTO, pay practices, Employee Stock Option Plan, 401K and other benefits programs.



 

Requirements:

? Eight + years of solid and broad based human resource experience with a minimum of 5 years of compensation and benefits development, management, and analyst experience.

? Demonstrated hands-on experience to design and deliver compensation and benefits projects in a timely manner. 

? Extensive sales and executive compensation background required.

? Human Capital Total Reward professional services and or Compensation & Benefits solutions industry experience desired.

? Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and ability to mentor and grow teams and individuals are required.

? Knowledge of relevant Federal and State laws relating to employee benefits and compensation issues.

? Proven experience in job evaluation, market salary analysis and salary planning.

? Must be effective working with senior management within short time constraints.

? Must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

? Analytical, organizational and project management skills.

? Bachelor?s degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience. CCP Certification.

? Software Industry experience preferred.
