Golden Gate National Senior Care LLC is interested in finding the right HR professional to serve as a strategic business partner to the division staff and director of operations. Responsibilities will include providing dynamic training and consultation in all areas of human resource management to thirteen facilities and approximately 1800 employees across Wisconsin. You will serve as the steward for talent in the district and will lead the human resource initiatives. Will also be on point to analyze issues and develop strategic plans in concert with the Director of Operations.

Successful applicants will have ten or more years of Human Resources consulting or management experience with increasing levels of responsibility with a minimum of a Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field. Additional HR consulting or management experience in lieu of the education may be considered. Experience with wage and hour regulations, safety and workers? compensation issues, labor relations, labor law issues, benefits administration and overall broad HR generalist experience is required. Multi-site and healthcare experience is preferred. Must be able to multi-task projects.

Travel is approximately 50% with 25% to 30% of your travel being overnights. This is a home-based position, has an incentive opportunity, and a Company Car is provided.
