RealEstate.com is focused on quickly becoming a leading residential real estate company. As such, we are seeking a dynamic, mature RECRUITER to help us to expand our team in the Seattle, Washington area.


?Day to day duties will include:
? Developing and executing a local market recruiting strategy
? Cold Calling and contacting an existing base of experienced real estate agents
? Delivering our value proposition
? Screening and interviewing agents
? Work closely with the Seattle VP/GM and our corporate Director of Recruiting to maximize the number of agents hired

Qualified individuals for this position will possess the following:

** Must have Recruiting and/or Sales experience?? **

? College degree preferred
? Real Estate Industry experience highly preferred
? Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
? Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
? Customer service oriented, energetic, analytical, and organized
