Job Description:

 

Candidate?s primary responsibility will be recruiting physical, occupational and speech therapists for positions across the United States. Candidate will develop recruiting campaigns, screen candidates, maintain database of contacts, present and negotiate job offer packages.  Candidate will work in a strong team environment with our marketing department to ensure an appropriate fit between our employees and our customers? positions.

 

A Successful Candidate Will Have:At least three years of medical recruiting or temporary staffing recruiting experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong follow up skills and organization abilitiesInternet recruiting knowledge and experienceExcellent leadership, time management and negotiating abilities Strong customer service skillsStrong working knowledge of basic employment laws and interviewing techniquesThe ability to be self motivated and have a strong drive for success

 

The successful candidate must have experience working with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.   Additionally, experience working with a resume management software package would be a plus.
