The primary objectives of North American Mobilization Team (NAMT) are to prepare an Application Outsourcing, Infrastructure Outsourcing or Business Process Outsourcing arrangement to meet its financial, operational and contractual obligations, and to translate the commitments of the business benefits made during the selling cycle into commercially realistic initiatives and/or programs.  NAMT accomplishes this through:

?Planning and managing Due Diligence activities
?Modeling, planning and implementing Service Transitions
?Modeling, planning and initiating Solution Realization/Service Transformation efforts
 
The primary role is to plan, manage and implement Mobilization work for large and complex new Outsourcing engagements.

?Supporting Mobilization Leads and Solution Architects on Deal Shape teams by creating response materials
?Supporting the Due Diligence lead in the planning and organizing of Due Diligence activities
?Supporting the Transition Program Manager in the estimation of costs and developing work plans for a work stream
?Managing the development and deployment of Transition deliverables with establishing one or more of the following:  Service Management frameworks and Service Level Agreements, Unit operations operating plans, fundamental operating processes, and basic performance metrics,Technology connectivity & the work environment for new unit 
?Planning and participating in Transition events

?Managing the deployment of automated AO solutions

?Participation in Due Diligence and Solution Realization/Service Transformation activities

?Contributing to capability development for NAMT and global Mobilization to include methods and tools developments and updates

?Effectively leading a team, allocate resources & responsibilities
?Evaluate direct reports

?Taking ownership and proactively managing personal career development
?Contributing to Mobilization capabilities to include method development, asset development, knowledge capital harvesting, and participating in a

Mobilization Capability Committee
?Advocating NAMT capabilities as a critical Accenture function that bridges selling to successful delivery. 
?Making decisions, some complex in nature, with concern for impact on others, but predominately affecting own area of control.
?Providing and implementing workable solutions to business issues with minimum referral to senior management

?Performing complex tasks and participating in complex cross-area/function activities.
?Conducting work planning, estimation and prioritization to optimize performance of resources.
?Applying advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternative solutions as applicable to Mobilization.
?Managing effective internal and external client relationships within own area responsibility, and building client relationships in the wider group or unit
?Optimizing the contribution of Mobilization team members through coaching, counseling and mentoring activities.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

?5 - 10 years experience as a team member, or team lead, of a service transition work stream for Application Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing or Infrastructure Outsourcing

?Bachelors degree

?5 - 10 years experience experience in one or more of the following operational areas:
-Service management
-Process analysis and development

-Application development and/or maintenance, of packaged or custom systems

-Technology infrastructure management and/or technology and systems architecture design

?5 - 10 years experience with Project Management, including, ability to work and plan effectively with minimal direction in ambiguous situations, and manage the implementation of the plan.

?Business Process Skills to include a working knowledge in a functional area such as supply chain, CRM, finance & accounting, human resources, and e-learning, etc.
?Experience developing and managing Performance Measurement Tools such as Balanced Scorecards, Service Level Agreement reports, or operational performance dashboards
?Experience in successfully planning and implementing industry capability models such as the CMM, CMMI, eSCM, ITIL, and CoBiT
?Certification as a CMM, CMMI, or eSCM assessor
?Six Sigma Black Belt certification
?Technology background to include package tool configuration and/or technical architecture development

100% travel required, with opportunities/potential for international travel.  Location flexible within the U.S.
