NORTHEAST REGION CAMPUS RECRUITING MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY
Working in a high volume, fast-paced environment, the Regional University Recruiting Manager is responsible for the quality and effectiveness of the entry-level talent acquisition process and implementing strategies to identify, attract, and hire high quality employees for the region from top colleges and universities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Partner with National Director of Recruiting, National Campus Recruiting Manager, Regional HR Director, Regional OMP and local office leadership to set the strategic direction for university recruiting in the region and ensure that this direction is followed.
-Review and analyze local office university plans
-Provide periodic reporting to regional HR Director, National Campus Manager, regional and local leadership on the progress of recruiting.
-Solicit feedback from regional and office leadership on matters pertaining to university recruiting.
-Assist National Manager of University Recruiting and National Director of Recruiting with the development and communication of national strategies.
-Facilitate and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of national strategies within the region.
-Drive faculty and student relationships at targeted key universities within the region.
-Keep abreast of developments at competing firms (develop relationships with individuals in similar positions at these firms).
-Accumulate and share university recruiting best practices with National Manager, Director and other Regional Recruiting Managers.
-Lead, develop, train, and provide strategic guidance and direction to local office individuals responsible for university recruiting.
-Provide reporting to national an regional leadership on the progress of recruiting.
-Prepare and manage the non-payroll regional university recruiting financial budget.
Job Experience:
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor degree required.
-Must have at least with 7 to 10 years of campus recruiting experience with at least three years managing recruiting associates and coordinators, and contributing creatively and strategically to national campus recruiting initiatives.
-Strong preference for Professional Services experience, preferably within the public accounting industry.
-Demonstrated ability to supervise staff in remote locations.
-Strong people management experience required.
-Strong analytic skills.
-High level of proficiency in technology including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access and/or other recruit tracking database system
-Strong administrative skills required.
-Some seasonal travel required.
