Northern Virginia - Human Resource Assistants

Currently we are seeking Human Resource Assistants (HRA) for our stores in Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Sterling, Baileys Crossroads, Kingstowne, Dale City, Fredericksburg and Winchester). These are Part Time, non-exempt positions. 

Human Resource Assistants are responsible for assisting management in the staffing of hourly associates by reviewing applicants, checking references, scheduling interviews, preliminary interviewing, new hire paperwork, orientation, training and related tasks.  Successful candidates will have a passion for selling and for providing exceptional guest service, as well as possess strong leadership, communication, training and organizational skills.  Some Human Resource experience is preferred.
