Yoh Health Care, a leading provider of occupational health nurse and case management talent, has an immediate opening for an experienced Nurse Recruiter in our Arlington, VA office.

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for recruiting registered nurses to work in non-traditional health care settings - occupational health, nurse case management, managed care and insurance companies.  The position is located in Arlington at a great location - only 1 block from the Metro!

 

Job Responsibilities include:
Source and screen nurse candidates
Develop database of candidates to be used for future openings
Attract applicants networking in the nursing community including professional societies, associations, on line groups
Work with sales and recruiting staff to fill open job orders
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements



 

Requirements
BS/BA
At least 2 years of recruiting experience required, preferably in the health care arena
Strong commitment to customer service
Detailed oriented
Ability to juggle multiple and often competing priorities
Great attitude and team player a must!
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in Word, Excel, email and internet recruiting tools
