Office Assistant/Receptionist

Our client is a leading provider of financial software solutions. They are seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist to provide assistance to all office staff. This is a full-time permanent position in a fast-paced, ad hoc environment.

As the Office Assistant/Receptionist, you will be responsible for making sure the office properly functions whereby you will provide assistance to all office staff. This includes receptionist functions, telephone handling, sorting and distributing mail, administrative support, scheduling of travel arrangements and other logistical activities.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

- Meet and greet visitors
- Answer and route telephone calls
- Mail distribution
- Administrative support
- Organize visits of customers & other guests
- Office supply ordering & Purchase Order administration
- Provide assistance to the Market Communications function as needed
- Manage vendor relationships

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Office
- Lotus Notes
- Bachelor's degree
