Office Staffing Specialist

Summary: The Staffing Specialist is primarily responsible for effectively meeting contract help and or training needs of the clients. Specifically, the individual in this position: 1) delivers high quality services to customers and Associates by matching the skill of Associates to client needs, 2) develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service, and 3) performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality service.

Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to analyze and evaluate people
Ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks
High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred


Functions:
Recruit, interview, and test applicants using Predictable Performance System to evaluate the qualifications.
Administer training
Monitor attendance and performance
Coach and counsel to ensure job satisfaction
Answer telephone to provide great customer services.
