Office Assistant Administrator
Performs receptionist, clerical and general office assistance duties. Receiving and directing visitors, answering the telephone, directing calls and responding to basic request for information. Light typing at proficient level, process, sort, and check for accuracy of documents, file documents. Maintains routine office records, distributes mail. Transcribes information onto forms, processes letters, and memos. Able to operate copying machines, adding machines, and PCs.

High School Diploma 1-yr. clerical experience preferred; pay based on experience, criminal background checks, drug test, and pre-employment computer assessments required.
