On-Site Recruiting Specialist Position at our office in Greenwood Village, CO.

POSITION OVERVIEW-

Responsible for identifying and developing relationships with the program on-sites (MSP's), and hiring managers and/or suppliers as appropriate, in order to fill job requisitions.The overall goal is to decrease direct sourcing, increase utilization of the program and continually improve in customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS-
Work with MSP On-Sites and assigned Business Units to fill job requisitions
Assist MSP On-Sites with communications for temporary personnel requests and placements
Assist MSP On-Sites with developing profiles on each user to obtain an understanding of our clients needs
Assist MSP On-Sites with educating assigned managers on the MSP process and relays benefits
Screen resumes and select the most qualified candidates to present to the Hiring Manager
Review resumes for inordinately high bill rates and negotiates with suppliers
Coordinate interviews between Hiring Managers and Suppliers
Solicits feedback on presented resumes from Hiring Managers and disseminates that feedback as necessary
Facilitate communication with Suppliers in the expedition of orders for temporary personnel
Facilitate contractor engagement and on-boarding process
Respond to Suppliers with any feedback on candidates
Run reports on behalf of MSP On-Sites
Assist MSP On-Sites with analyzing data
Update cost savings and/or negotiated savings worksheets with MSP On-Sites
Research timecard and/or billing issues on behalf of MSP On-Sites
Assist MSP On-Sites with closing and/or terminating purchase orders
Assist MSP On-Sites with facilitating and processing purchase order modifications, such as extensions, adding funds, replacing contractor, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS-

  Proven communication skills ? both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
Previous customer account management experience
Previous sales experience, recruiting, marketing or other customer relation positions preferred
Previous technical or finance recruiting experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, Internet, Power Point, Excel and Access
BS/BA (or equivalent experience)
