On-Site Staffing Manager - Dallas area

The Site Manager is accountable for total client satisfaction, employee retention and attainment of financial objectives. The Site Manager is self-directed on achieving successful results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Management:Manage site profit and loss statement; responsible for budget, reporting and attainment of metrics Ensure information sharing with internal departments and focus on leveraging all available sources, minimizing cost and maximizing results Manage affiliate vendors (when applicable) in accordance with negotiated guidelinesInvoice issue resolution Assist in the completion of feasibility/operational studies and analysis of sales opportunities Maintain complete and accurate documentation and data integrity of all site systemsImplement corporate programs and initiatives to develop and strengthen relationships with the customerInteract regularly with other site managers and departments to share best practices

Staff Management:Responsible for all aspects of managing including, but not limited to, performance management, hiring, coaching, development and resource allocationDevelop a fully operational and qualified staff by training on established policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal laws and guidelines Assure candidate management standards and protocols are being met or exceeded by teamWork with team members to assign work and requisition priorities, check progress, address issues and recognize successConduct quarterly bonus reviews and annual merit reviewsFoster a work environment that will motivate and retain staffDevelop effective strategies to identify qualified candidates for potential internal hires

Relationship Management:

Client ManagementDevelop a partnership with the client to ensure maximum business development, total customer satisfaction and employee retentionAddress and resolve client issues in a timely mannerAdvise and consult with business partners on workforce planning and resource issuesDevelop and implement an effective recruiting strategy to ensure the availability of qualified temporary employees in order to meet current and anticipated needsMonitor effectiveness of consulting relationship between hiring managers and staffing specialistsDevelop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Relationship Managers to ensure understanding and execution of client's day to day business strategy

Employee ManagementAddress and resolve temporary associate issues in a timely mannerDesign and implement creative solutions to staffing needsDevelop programs and initiatives to strengthen relationships and ensure retention and redeployment

Projects and InitiativesLead, direct and participate in projects and company initiatives to drive the business forward



Education and Experience
BS/BA in a related field is preferred. 5+ years related business experience with a minimum of 3 years recruiting/staffing experience, preferably in a staffing agency setting. Proven ability to focus on results and achieve goals. Strong emphasis on customer service in a sales driven organization. Human resources and prior management experience a must.

REQUIREMENTS:Proven success in recruiting, hiring and placement of temporary associatesKnowledge of lawful employment practicesKnowledge of lawful interviewing and selection practicesBusiness writing skills (policies, quarterly / annual reviews, performance objectives, marketing materials, etc.)Ability to understand financial conceptsAn aptitude for problem solving and conflict managementAbility to prioritize and multi-taskExcellent follow-through and attention to detailStrong interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsAdaptability, flexibility and the ability to maintain effectiveness during changeAbility to utilize technology as a tool for tracking and maintaining employee/applicant informationAbility to travel/work flexible/extended hours when necessary
