On-Site Staffing Manager - Houston

You can make the difference for our team by developing and executing recruiting strategies. Work with a very large local client of ours in the NW Houston area in identifying and filling staffing needs. Monitor worksite performance of employees to ensure and promote the highest in client satisfaction. As a dominant player in the industry, you?ll be supported by an experienced team of sales and staffing professionals, as well as the progressive CBS University, which encourages a spirit of continuous learning.
As a Venturi On-Site Staffing Manager, you will act as an extension of the client HR Department, managing work schedules for 1st and 2nd shift account managers, recruiting for open positions, developing and maintaining policies and procedures and managing headcount and production needs.

Requirements include a background in staffing, however, we will consider general HR background and customer service backgrounds as well. Professionalism, personal integrity, and dedication required.
