Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
1. Interview, hire and place temporary employees. Identify qualified employees through recruiting and interviewing activities to create an inventory sufficient to meet the clients present and future staffing needs.
2. Fill and service client orders.
3. Support the Branch Manager to ensure that financial goals or objectives are being met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all Adecco policies or procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. One to two years experience in a service provider environment that requires self-management and/or multi tasking.
2. Ability to effectively communicate both written and spoken, both one-on-one and in group presentation situations. Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other PC Software.
4. Spanish English Bilingual a plus but not required
5. Able to set own priorities, schedule days events, prepare and give presentations.
6. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Must be able to handle multiple problems simultaniously.
7. Must have excellent problem solving, interpersonal, organizational and motivational skills.
8. Able to continuously improve processes or procedures.
