Onsite Recruiter

Superior Staffing Services, a leading provider of contract and direct clerical and professional associates, is looking for a motivated and energetic Onsite Recruiter to assist with the recruiting efforts at our onsite operations in New Castle, Delaware.  This is a 3 ? 6 month assignment with the possibility of going longer term.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

? Recruiting of call center/customer service workers for placement at customer site;

 

? Using independent judgment and discretion to select and place candidates on contract assignments;

 

? Sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checking; and

 

? Candidate and temporary employee management in cooperation with the customer.

 

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate?s degree or equivalent experience.  One + years of high volume recruiting experience is required.  Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required, as is a working knowledge of online recruiting.  Must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written, ability to work independently and verbal communication ability, and must present a positive and professional image.

 

Superior Staffing Services offers an excellent compensation package including a base salary + commissions.
