Oracle HRMS Consultant--immediate contract opportunity
Kelly Engineering Resources is currently searching for an Oracle HRMS consultant to assist with an Oracle implementation at a leading manufacturing facility in the St Petersburg area. The selected candidate will assist, train, and document changes that are implemented to the HR systems. One of the primary job functions will be mapping out HR Processes. This will start as a 2-3 months project.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
--Responsible for the design, development and implementation of global HR systems and processes.
--Analyze, streamline and improve HR data and processes.
--Ensure that programs meet with legal regulations and the objectives of the organization on a global basis.
--Maximize departmental use of HRMS/HR Oracle.
--Analyze, develop, implement, administer and communicate systems and programs, both domestically and internationally.
--Develop and maintain systems to effectively manage of employee/benefit data.
--Develop procedures, systems and processes in recruitment and selection, in government reporting, in the administration of life, health, worker's compensation, flexible spending account, employee assistance programs, compensation, 401 (k) and retirement plans for both employees and retirees, etc.
--Research and analyze alternative methods to accomplish goals and prepare required reports.
--Provide and analyze reports, and interface with vendors, employees and management.
--Conduct employee satisfaction studies to measure participant satisfaction with various company sponsored employee programs.
--Educate end users on effective use of systems applications and newly developed programs.
--Answer employees' questions and solve issues regarding benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
--Bachelors degree Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent plus two to three years experience in the management Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) systems and strategies.
--At least 2 years of current experience managing Oracle HRMS.
--Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and development of solutions for HR programs or applications.
--Demonstrated experience in analyzing work flow and data base management for a specific and related business application.
--Experience in international compensation and benefits desired.
--Demonstrated analytical ability and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
--Experience in developing systems for governmental reporting and in educating/training end users on specific applications.
