Job Description


In Cadbury Schweppes we work together to create brands people love. You will contribute to this by providing strategy, consultancy, expertise and specialist support in Organization Effectiveness including the areas of learning and career development, leadership development, performance management, assessment, cultural and behavioral change, facilitation and promoting knowledge sharing in these disciplines.

AccountabilitiesDeveloping, delivering and promoting best practice regional organization practices and initiatives in the areas of learning and career development, leadership development, performance management, assessment, cultural and behavioral change, and facilitation applicable to commercial businesses, regional functions and shared business services. Developing local/regional strategies in alignment with global strategy and regional business goals. Exploring alternative solutions and recommending best-fit solutions. Developing and delivering training/capability development programs and train-the-trainer workshops. Creatively developing alternative solutions for delivery of capability development (computer based training, webcasts, distance learning, etc.) Developing and maintaining a repository of information on internal and external best practices in the referenced disciplines. Keeping abreast of current information and trends. Developing and promoting widest means of knowledge sharing through web sites, intranet, learning and development resource centers, putting contacts across the business in touch with each other. Promoting best practices to ensure CS is perceived as an employer of choice.Acting as source of advice for HR Business Partners, Regional functions, Group functions and Shared Business Services. Responding to HR Business Partners and functional requests for specialist consultancy support and project work to meet local and regional business needs. Providing facilitation support for various venues i.e., meetings, teambuilding, strategy development, brainstorming, business process redesign, conflict resolution, etc. Representing Cadbury Schweppes externally on Talent/OE disciplines. Managing regional Centre of Excellence Budgets. Level of travel required to support business needs.

Requirements


In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that you will have: Deep specialist knowledge of areas of expertise with broad HR and commercial/functional understanding. Coaching and Facilitation skills. Strong customer and contracting orientation. Team Management (if has a team) A collaborative style Strong written and verbal communication skills Technological proficiency Innovative / creative spirit Commitment to demonstrating Leadership Imperative behaviorsBS/BA preferably in Business/Management, HR and/or Psychology/Behavioral Sciences. Advanced degree and/or professional qualification preferred, such as MBA, MA/MS in Psychology or related field. 7 - 10 years in an Organization Development/Effectiveness, Training & Development, Change Management, Talent Management and/or Behavioral Sciences role. Experience in the development and delivery of classroom training programs.
