Organizational Development Specialist

Job Description: This role will encompass a variety of job activities including creating, implementing, project planning, administering, analyzing and managing the successful implementation of projects. The position will be responsible for assisting with the continual improvement of the Talent Management System, Organization Development Review, on boarding and continual learning to assure the culture reflects the SIRVA Standard. This position will act as the global contact between service centers for the SIRVA Learning and Development Department.
(15%)Surveys: Develop, communicate, implement, and analyze various surveys to measure SIRVA's culture and effectiveness of SIRVA programs, eg.: TMS Survey, High Potential Engagement Survey, etc. Recommends and implements process improvement as a result of the surveys.
(25%) Talent Management System: Provides continual process improvement for system implementation and training for both employees and managers. Provides train the trainer sessions for Segment HR. This includes the Talent Management System and and technology that supports it. The funnel for all TMS communication. Assures process supports the SIRVA Standard.

(25%) Organizatioal Developmenet Review: Through continual process improvement, designs and communicates SIRVA development that supports the SIRVA Standard. Coordinates and assist HR with succession planning process, high potential selection, and the entire ODR process. Includes developing training for management along with train the trainer for segment HR. Responsible for collection of data, housing in database, and reporting. Assures the process supports the SIRVA Standard.

(5%) 360 Reviews: Assist with 360 process by partnering with both the vendor and segment HR. Coordinates with HR for selection and implementation of assessment. Creates development plans that support the SIRVA Standard.

(5%) Vendor Management: Evalutes external vendors through RFP process. Responsible for vendor analysis, negotiations, and SLAs. Partners with SIRVA procurement department.
(20%) Responsible for development and evaluation of onboarding programs for both new hires and managers for the North Americas and global employees. This includes training program, measures of effectiveness, working with HR to identify best practics, communications between countries. Assures on-boarding.
(5%) Additional projects as required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in organizational development, organizational behavior, adult learning, human resource management, industrial psychology.
Two to three years work experience in related field.
Experience with project management, global experience a plus.
Ability to efficiently organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to get results on time and on budget.
Strong customer focus, including negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports that competently analyze information to make appropriate recommendations.
Expert problem solver; sorts throgh complex issues and conducts comparative analysis.
