N NNN RENo : No phone calls accepted. Please forward your resume as a word attachment. Partner with H.R. Generalist to fully understand the needs of and effectively support employees.
Partner with H.R. Generalists to design, develop, deliver, and assess organization interventions, programs, and processes that support business strategy using adult learning theories, facilitation principles, and pre-determined metrics.
Using a consultative approach in conjunction with the H.R. Generalists, surface the needs of the organization and partner with others in the H.R. organization to fulfill those needs.
Provide coaching for employees as needed and support Coaching/Mentoring initiatives.
Serve as an expert in facilitation.
Facilitate change management initiatives. Establish processes for managing cultural transformation and change.
Serve as an expert in competency modeling, their integration into the talent management, development, and movement processes, and the creation and execution of systemic H.R. services.
Create clear processes for the succession planning effort.
Identify the appropriate conditions for using 360-degree feedback. Create a process for and train/coach H.R. Generalists on providing effective feedback. Support the H.R. Generalists in providing 360-degree feedback to their clients.
Create a process for and identify the conditions under which to utilize New Manager Assimilations. Train the H.R. Generalists in conducting New Manager Assimilations. Support the H.R. Generalists in providing New Manager Assimilations to their clients.
Lead all Innovation initiatives.
Ensure leaders are in appropriate jobs for their skill sets and experiences.
Create and maintain optimal vendor relationships with a variety of organization development firms.
Provide direct, specific, and non-punishing feedback in a timely manner.
Support the design and development of a Performance Management System and assist in the design and delivery of training on the system and processes.
Partner with Administrative Services to ensure accurate and timely coordination of all development interventions.
Provide expert input into and participate on program and process design/development teams. Serve as key resource for information on programs and processes.
Serve as a specialist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of sensitive data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s degree in a related discipline, advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of organization development experience in a corporate environment.
Experience with non-traditional approaches to employee development preferred.
Previous project management experience preferred.
Experience in assessing organizational effectiveness and implementing change.
Full understanding of Organization Development and Adult Learning Theories with a strong emphasis on application leading to practical solutions.
Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal, influencing, and consultative skills.Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Project MS
