Organizational Effectiveness Specialist

Do you have a master's degree in organizational development, at least three years of leadership and organizational development experience? If so, you may be well-suited to an opening on the Edward Jones team. Responsibilities include consulting with leaders on projects and providing services to support projects, supporting the full circle feedback process, and facilitating leadership workshops and follow-up sessions.

Responsibilities :
-Recommend and administer assessment and development tools for leaders and emerging leaders including 360 degree feedback, personality assessments, and other individual assessments.
-Provide professional coaching to the leaders of the firm
-Assist in team diagnoses and designing and facilitating team development interventions
-Partner with leaders and divisional HR Generalists to provide organizational development expertise
-Administer associate and climate surveys; Support feedback, action planning, and follow-through process
-Measure value and success of all Organizational Effectiveness services

Requirements :
-A Master's or Ph.D. in Human Resources Development, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related area preferred
-A minimum of 3 years of organizational development experience
-Experience in individual, leadership and team assessment and development
-Experience managing employee survey processes
-Experience in measuring the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives
