If you are an experienced HR coordinator/manager in a full-service or fast casual, high volume Restaurant or Retail atmosphere and like to have Fun, operate with Integrity, value Balance in your personal and professional life, then we would like to talk to you!

 

Qualified HR Manager Candidates must posses: 

 

? 2-5 years of Employee Relations, Strategic Succession planning, and Full Cycle Recruiting Experience in a high volume, Fast paced, results orientated Restaurant environment. 

? Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills 

? Proven track record in building relationships with internal and external customers and an ability to motivate a team to a common set of goals 

? Ability to work directly with District, Vice President and Owner level operators as a member of their Divisional Team.
