As a Field Human Resources Manager you will provide professional consultation and support to regional management. An understanding of how Human Resources decisions support the overall strategic vision of the organization is vital.

 

Qualified HR Manager Candidate Responsibilities/Duties include:Implementing the talent acquisition brand and advertising strategyAssuring the HR services, programs and processes are implemented and operating in a consistent mannerEstablishing training and development programs for employees as neededProviding Generalist support to assigned regionDelivering training and development programs and compliance related programs to support the personal and professional growth of managersProviding coaching, counseling and direction to internal clients when necessaryReviewing compensation to ensure equitable payMaintaining active awareness of link between HR function and overall business agenda make decisions accordinglyAnalyzing and resolving novel and complex work issues and interposal issues on a daily basis

 

Qualified HR Manager Candidates must possess: 5-7 years of multi-unit human resources experience in the service industry with a proven HR generalist background is required. Restaurant or retail experience preferredCreative approach to HR along with a knowledge of Foodservice/Hospitality industry is helpfulStrong relationship building capability; internal and external Solid business acumen Strong planning, organizing and time management skills  Experience in labor relations both with union/non-union employeesWillingness to travel up to 50%Bachelor?s Degree Required
