HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST: MANUFACTURING A minimum of one year's experience in a Human Resource role is required. Previous exposure to recruiting, orientation, benefits, employee relations, and other human resource functions is required. A bachelor degree is also highly preferred. If you have a strong understanding of the breadth of Human Resources, and its interaction with accounting, you will be a perfect match. Growing tooling organization, located in Sterlilng Heights, seeks a human resource professional to lead the human resource function and its interaction with accounting/payroll. Responsibilities will include employee relations, benefits administration (and analysis) and recruiting. You will be called upon to participate in the accounting portions of the role which may include general ledger entries for HR related business and assisting in coding of expenses in the software system.
