PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - Morris County

Morris County manufacturer seeks an experienced Payroll Administrator.? In this position you will have ?complete ?responsibilities for the Payroll functions for ?our 275 employees.? Responsibilities include:

?Accurately process Weekly and Bi-weekly payrolls for exempt and non-exempt employees Audit payroll reports to validate the accuracy of each payroll processingRespond to inquiries concerning deductions and other payroll related issuesPartner with Ceridian to resolve complex payroll related issuesAdminister payroll related reporting, analysis and reconciliation for the Finance DepartmentCalculate and maintain vacation, sick and personal time accrualsMaintain the integrity of data between the HRIS/Payroll and Time and Attendance systems Coordinate with Ceridian Tax Service to ensure timely payroll tax payments to federal, state, and local tax jurisdictions Perform critical year end reviews and processes to ensure the accuracy of W2s and create W2c?s if necessaryMaintain a high level of confidentiality and have the ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees and management

Qualifications:

?Experience using web-based Ceridian HRIS, Payroll and Time and Attendance softwareSolid knowledge of payroll practices and procedures Minimum of 5 years of prior payroll processing required Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeMust have strong organizational skills and be attentive to detailWillingness to work with talented & creative professionals
